Walk, run, lift, swim, cycle, do yoga. Any activity counts — any time, any place, on your own or with others.
NestEgg converts workouts into Exercise Points using heart rate data. Duration × intensity = points. We do the maths.
Everyone has a personal weekly target. Hit it = 100%. A beginner and a marathon runner compete on equal terms.
Your % score adds to your Nest's average. The Nest with the highest score over 4 weeks wins. Consistency beats heroics.
Pick your level when you join. Hit your weekly target = 100%. Beat it consistently and you level up. A Level 1 beginner and a Level 15 elite athlete can both score 100% — and contribute equally to their Nest.

Weekly EP earned ÷ your target × 100. Hit target = 100%. Beat it = over 100%. Resets every Monday.
The average of all 5 Egg Scores. One person hitting 200% doesn't compensate for three zeros.
Cumulative Nest Scores over 4 weeks. Every week counts from Week 1. There is no warm-up round.
Consistently exceed your target and you're promoted to the next level. It never gets permanently easy.
This isn't a slogan — it's how the whole system is designed. Beginners don't feel exposed. Busy weeks don't knock you out. Missing one day doesn't mean failing.
