Powered by wearables, backed by science, scored by effort - any exercise, any time, any place. Built for everyone of all abilities. Ditches boring, and turns up the fun, transforming your team into a community of movers and shakers.
Decide who you want to invite. It can be any number, any location, any department, any employee, any fitness level. You just need their email. Set the challenge start date. That’s it.
Invitations are automatically sent via email with instructions on next steps. Eggs join the Nest by clicking on the invite link and are guided to download the app and connect their wearable device.
The NestEgg challenge has both individual and team competitions. Once you have all the Eggs gathered, you can form teams based on any size, any combination and any preference. NestEgg will automatically do this for you if you prefer.
You are now ready to hit the “go” button. Any movement counts — from lifting weights to lunchtime walks to weekend yoga. Once it is tracked it will be scored, and counted. There are no scheduled events, no preset activity, no inconvenience or added burden to an Egg’s busy schedule.
You’ll get live dashboards with participation, leaderboard standings, and activity insights. But the real magic happens in the Nest community where motivation, banter, and fun take a front seat …. after 4 weeks, we crown the top Egg and top team.
Your team’s next big win isn’t in a meeting room.
It’s in motion, connection, and a little friendly competition.
NestEgg makes it easy to create a wellness experience your people will actually love—one that's inclusive, fun, and proven to spark healthier habits. Minimal admin, maximum buzz.
Bring your team together. Move more. Laugh more. Win more.
It all starts with one small step:
NestEgg is a 4-week, gamified workplace exercise challenge that gets your team moving—anytime, anywhere, any way they like. It’s powered by fitness trackers, social motivation, clever scoring, and a whole lot of fun. It’s designed to build healthy habits and workplace camaraderie—without the admin headache.
Most wellness programs are one-size-fits-all, are prescriptive and only engage a small percentage of the workforce. NestEgg flips the script. It’s fun, inclusive, and built for everyone—with a smart handicap system that rewards effort, not athleticism. No egg gets left behind.
Nope. NestEgg works wherever your people are. It’s fully virtual, runs through the app, and uses data from employees’ fitness trackers. No facilities or scheduling required.
Almost anything that gets people moving: walking, running, strength training, yoga, dancing, gardening, cycling—even pickleball. If it raises the heart rate, it counts.
Absolutely. From first-timers to marathoners, NestEgg adjusts to each user’s ability. The scoring system levels the playing field, so anyone can climb the leaderboard—and win.
Employees earn Exercise Points based on the intensity and duration of their workouts. We use wearable data to score effort relative to fitness level—so a brisk walk for someone on the beginning of their fitness journey might outscore a hardcore spin class from an elite athlete. Leaderboards track progress by team and individual, and everyone starts with a fair shot.
Each NestEgg challenge runs for 4 weeks. Participants are placed in levels based on current fitness, and each week they aim to hit their personalized Exercise Point target. Hit your target, climb levels, collect NestEgg Nuggets, and help your team win.
We operate on a simple pricing model: a flat fee per participant ("Egg") per challenge ("Nest"). Our current price is €50 / egg for a self-managed nest and €75 / egg for a managed nest.
Just a fitness tracker (like Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Whoop, etc.) and the NestEgg mobile app. We sync data through Apple Health or Google Health Connect. No extra hardware, no special skills.
Almost none. Nest Leaders just create the Nest and invite their team. The app handles scoring, tracking, nudging, and support. No spreadsheets. No reminders. No stress.
NestEgg tracks engagement, participation, and behavior change across the challenge. Over time, sustained exercise habits have been shown to reduce absenteeism, improve mood, boost productivity—and can lower health claims by up to 30%. We are able to show the amount and intensity of exercise performed relative to the US Dept of Health and World Health Organisation recommendations for improved health.
Life happens. If someone needs a break, they can activate a Health Pause. Their score becomes the average of their team’s, so they’re not penalized or left behind.
Yes. Nests can be created for ERGs, departments, or any affinity group. The format is inclusive by design—people of all backgrounds and ability levels can participate and thrive.
Yes. It is very easy to set up and run a one-off small Nest pilot. Reach out to us to “Hatch a Nest” and try it with your team.
Data privacy is built into our DNA. We only access health metrics needed to score exercise effort. All data is securely stored and processed in compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
Participants receive in-app nudges, weekly recaps, and leaderboard updates. Nest Leaders get light-touch comms support and challenge analytics. Our team is on standby throughout the challenge to ensure a smooth experience.
Participants often report higher motivation, more energy, better moods, stronger team connection, reduced stress, and—over time—healthier habits. Many companies also see improved engagement and lower absenteeism.
Everyone from Gen Z interns to seasoned execs. We’ve seen 65-year-olds top the leaderboard and couch potatoes crack a smile. It’s fun, social, and weirdly addictive. Employees don’t just use it—they ask when the next Nest is starting.
Our focus is to work with companies to improve the health of their employees. But we recognise that some people might want to do a nest challenge with a small group of work colleagues or a small group of friends and family or do both. This is allowed and supported in the current platform. The nest leader needs to pay online for all eggs participating in the challenge. We do not yet support per egg payments.
