When do we get the Nest Code?

On Jan 19th, one week before the Challenge starts.

Can we register multiple teams?

Yes — submit one form per Nest.

Do we need to be fit?

No. Any activity counts and the handicap system levels the field.

What equipment or technology do employees need to upload their workouts?

Just a fitness tracker (like Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Whoop, etc.) and the NestEgg mobile app. We support two methods to upload workouts. Our default method is photo-upload which works with all wearable devices. We also support automatic synchronisation of workouts through Apple Health or Google Health Connect for wearables that are compatible. We also integrate directly with Fitbit API.
